CS Future AP is an online learning and assessment platform by FutureMind Technologies, created to help students prepare for AP Computer Science A, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Cybersecurity, and related computer science pathways.
Our platform combines structured lessons, topic-wise practice, diagnostic tests, custom exam building, Java Lab practice, performance analytics, and mentorship support. The goal of CS Future AP is to help students study with clarity, practise with purpose, and build exam readiness through guided, high-quality academic preparation.

Terms and Conditions of LMS
By using CS Future AP, users agree to the terms and conditions of FutureMind Technologies.
Platform services
CS Future AP provides online educational content, quizzes, diagnostic assessments, Java Lab practice, XP-based custom exam tools, performance analytics, downloadable resources, and mentorship-related services.
User account rules
Users must provide accurate account information and must not share login credentials with others. Access to paid content is intended only for the registered user unless otherwise stated by FutureMind Technologies.
Intellectual property
All lessons, quizzes, explanations, PDFs, thumbnails, code practice sets, assessment material, platform design, and related resources are the intellectual property of FutureMind Technologies or are used under permitted educational use. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially reuse platform content without written permission.
Academic outcome disclaimer
Assessment scores, XP, analytics, diagnostics, and recommendations are intended for learning support. They do not guarantee any specific AP score, school grade, admission outcome, or exam result. Student outcomes depend on effort, consistency, prior preparation, and exam-day performance.
Misuse of platform
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to hack the system, scrape questions, share paid content publicly, submit harmful code, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.
Access restriction
FutureMind Technologies may suspend or restrict access if a user violates platform rules, shares paid content illegally, abuses support channels, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law, with jurisdiction in India.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
CS Future AP provides digital educational products and services. Because access to content, quizzes, diagnostics, Java Lab, custom exams, downloadable resources, and mentorship tools may be delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases
- Duplicate payment for the same plan.
- Payment deducted but access was not activated.
- A technical issue from our side prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- The user purchased the wrong plan and contacts support before substantially using the purchased content.
Refunds will generally not be provided if
- The user has already accessed a significant portion of the paid course, quizzes, mocks, Java Lab, downloaded content, or mentorship resources.
- The user changes their mind after using the platform.
- The user expected a guaranteed score or result.
- The user failed to attend a booked mentorship session without prior notice.
- The account was suspended due to violation of platform rules.
- The purchase was made by mistake but the user continued using the paid features.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be sent to info@csfuture.education with the registered email, payment details, plan name, and reason for refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or service provider.
Cancellation policy
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions, if applicable, by contacting support or using the account/subscription controls provided on the platform. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the refund conditions are met.
One-time purchases
For one-time purchases, including lifetime-access packs or specific digital products, cancellation is generally not applicable after access has been activated.
Mentorship and tutoring sessions
Mentorship or tutoring sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
If a session is cancelled by FutureMind Technologies, the user may be offered a rescheduled session, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
